冻融PESA精子结合ICSI技术在治疗梗阻性无精子症中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的冻融PESA精子结合ICSI技术在治疗梗阻性无精子症中的应用研究。方法回顾性分析本生殖中心使用新鲜PESA精子、冻融PESA精子、新鲜体外射精精子行ICSI治疗共193周期,比较受精、发育情况和临床结局。结果 3组ICSI治疗后受精率分别为94.67%、93.50%、95.54%,3组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);正常卵裂率分别为:93.29%、91.89%、94.78%,3组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);优质胚胎率分别为:39.49%、37.07%、43.49%,3组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);妊娠率分别为:42.42%、37.84%、41.11%,3组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);流产率分别为:10.71%、7.14%、13.51%,3组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);结论冻融PESA精子能达到新鲜精子相似的临床结果,安全有效。Objective To study the application of freeze-thaw PESA sperm combined with ICSI technology in treating obstructive anspermia. Methods The fresh PESA sperm,freeze-thaw PESA sperm,and fresh sperm were used to do the treatment with ICSI in the total 193 cycles. The results of fertilization,development and clinical outcome were analyzed retrospectively. Results After the treatment,the fertilization rates of the three groups were 94. 67%,93. 50%,and 95. 54%,respectively. The normal cleavage rates were 93. 29%,91. 89%,and94. 78%. The quality embryo rates were 39. 49%,37. 07%,and 43. 49%. The rates of pregnancy were42. 42%,37. 84%,and 41. 11%. And the abortion rates were 10. 71%,7. 14%,and 13. 51%. In all of the above comparisons,there was no statistical difference among the three groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of frozen and thawing PESA sperm can be similar to that of fresh sperm,which is safe and effective.
