摘 要:多种病因可导致肾脏损伤,最终可能发展成终末期肾病,严重危害人类健康。因此,如何更好地防治肾脏损伤一直是研究热点。近年来的研究显示,葡萄籽原花青素(GSP)对肾脏损伤具有保护作用,本文就GSP对缺血再灌注、糖尿病和顺铂、镉、砷及造影剂等所致的肾脏损伤的保护作用进行整理、归纳,旨为开发其成为防治肾脏损伤的新药提供参考。A variety of causes can lead to renal injury and may eventually develop into end-stage renal disease. This is serious harm to human health. Therefore,the research has been focused on how to prevent and cure kidney damage. Recent studies showed that grape seed procyanidine has a protective effect on renal injury. This paper reviewed the protective effects of grape seed procyanidine on renal injury induced by ischemic reperfusion,diabetes,cisplatin,cadmium,arsenic and contrast agents. This review aimed to provide reference for the drug development as prevention of renal injury.
