摘  要:本文介绍了一款窄带矩形腔双模滤波器的设计方法,相对带宽只有0.272%,并且利用电容加载技术,使腔体体积缩小。采用螺钉耦合实现两个模式之间的扰动,耦合缝实现腔体间的耦合。首先利用自编程序得到满足指标要求的耦合系数矩阵,然后运用HFSS仿真软件得到耦合螺钉的长度与耦合缝的尺寸,最后通过调试得到窄带双模滤波器。This paper introduces a design method of dual - mode filter using narrowband rectangular cavity, the rela- tive bandwidth of which is only 0. 272%. The capacitance loading technology made use of enables the cavity size de- creased. The using of coupling screw realizes tile disturbance between the two modes, and the coupling seam realizes the coupling between the cavities. Firstly, the eoupling coefficient matrix satisfied with the index requirements is obtained by using the self- designed program. Then, the length of the coupling screw and the size of the coupling seam are obtained by using HFSS simulation software. Lastly, the narrowband dual - mode filter is obtained by commissioning.
