摘　　要：蒽环类抗肿瘤药物抗肿瘤谱广、作用强大,对治疗白血病、乳腺癌、淋巴瘤等多种恶性实体瘤及血液系统恶性肿瘤时有着很好的疗效,但其临床使用中出现了很多不良反应。综述蒽环类抗肿瘤药物不良反应的临床表现和发生机制,以及其新型药物载体系统的应用文献,并对其研究进展做了分析。Anthracycline anticancer drugs which have a broad anti-tumor spectrum and anti-tumor activities are ef- fective to a variety of malignant cancers including Leukaemia, breast cancer and lymphoma and hematological malig： nancies. However, the clinical use was severely restricted due to its adverse drug reactions. The literature of the clinical features and mechanisms of adverse drug reactions induced by anthracycline anticancer antibiotics and their novel drug delivery system were reviewed, and the research progresses were also analyzed.
