摘 要:移动通讯需要大量用于微波选频的高性能滤波器,随着频率的升高,迫使器件尺寸小型化,但小型化到一定的程度时,电磁干扰噪声、RC延迟等达到极限导致器件不能稳定工作,为此探索人工表面等离激元型微波器的设计和运用具有较高的研究价值。通过特殊的结构设计设计了一种金属微带加载的人工等离激元型微波带通滤波器,采用时域有限差分方法对该样品的滤波特性曲线进行计算。结果表明该滤波器通带内电磁场的分布主要局域于金属微带加载凹槽周围,避免电磁场强烈反射,传输损耗低,大大提高了滤波器工作时的抗电磁干扰能力,表明人工等离激元型微波带通滤波器得到较好的实现。A large number of high performance filters in the microwave region are needed in the field of mobile communications. With the increasing of frequency,device sizes have to be miniaturized. When the device is miniaturized to some certain extent,electromagnetic interference noise,or RC delay gets to certain limit,the devices are unable to work steadily. The design and applications of artificial plasmonic microwave band-pass filter have great research value. Through the special structure design,a novel with metal microstrip loaded artificial plasmon type microwave band-pass filter is designed. The filtering characteristic curve of the sample is calculated by the finite difference time domain method,as well. The results show that the distribution of electromagnetic field in the passband of the filter is mainly localized around the metal loaded groove,the filter can realize the characteristics of low transmission loss,strong capability to avoid the large reflection of electromagnetic field and the capability of anti-electromagnetic interference,which shows that the artificial plasmon type microwave band-pass filter is well implemented.
