药学本科专业就业情况实证分析及其对人才培养的启示——以湖北理工学院近4届毕业生为例

摘　　要：国内生物医药产业的持续中高速发展对药学专业应用型人才培养也提出了更高的要求。对湖北理工学院药学专业2012—2015届287位本科毕业生就业情况进行实证分析,结果表明,药学本科毕业生在就业区域、就业单位性质、性别与就业单位的相关性等变量上存在显著性差异。基于这些差异,对药学应用型人才培养模式进行再思考,以切实提高应用型药学人才培养质量。Increasingly rapid development of China＇s biomedical industry has put forward the further requirements for the cultivation of applied talents of Pharmacy. The study surveyed 287 pharmaceutical graduates from 2012 to 2015 and the results show that there are significant differences in such correlative variables as employment zone,employment scope,gender and employment unit. Based on these differences,the pharmaceutical talent cultivation mode will be discussed,in order to improve the quality of talent cultivation.
