摘　　要：本文结合专利咨询服务的实际工作,将数据标引思想引入专利咨询服务,对日常专利咨询服务过程中积累的问题进行标引加工并举例说明,为开发建立专利咨询智能知识库提供有力支撑。In this paper, combined with the practical work of patent consulting services, the data indexing ideas are introduced into the patent consulting services, the problems accumulated in the daily patent consulting services are indexing processed, and some examples are illustrated. It provides strong support for the construction of intelligent knowledge base of patent consultation.
