摘 要:为了在实验室人工模拟煤的自燃情况,选择8个林南仓矿典型煤样,进行绝氧条件下和8%、12%、14%、17%四个氧浓度环境下的程序升温实验,用气相色谱数据处理系统,直接生成各气体组分数据,并对多组数据进行对比分析。根据多种实验结果,建立CO_2/CO指数形式预测预报模型。借助SPSS软件,通过t检验法对建立的煤自然发火评判模型进行可靠性检验。在变氧环境下,利用建立的指数模型,对CO_2/CO比值随温度变化关系进行拟合,拟合相关系数较高,说明指数函数拟合法可以作为煤自燃早期预测模型。8 typical coal samples in Linnancang Mine were selected to artificially simulate coal spontaneous combustion in laboratory, programmed healing experiments were made under anoxic condition and four oxygen concentration conditions of 8 %, 12 % , 14 % and 17 %, which directly generated date of various gas components and made comparative analysis about the data through gas chromatography data processing system. Based on these results, CO2 / CO exponential formal prediction model was built. With the help of SPSS software, t method of calibration was used to make reliability test for it. In variable oxygen environment, the established expbnential model was used to fit the rate of CO2 / CO concentration varied with the change of different temperature, and fitting correlation coefficient was high, which illustrated that the exponential function fitting method was viable to be early prediction model of spontaneous combustion.
