摘 要:通过对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定首饰中镍释放量不确定度的评定,建立了该分析过程的相应数学模型,对数学模型中各个参数进行不确定度来源分析。研究结果表明:测量重复性、标准工作曲线拟合线性方程以及配制标准工作溶液是不确定度的主要来源。通过计算,首饰中镍释放量的合成标准不确定度为0.0486μg/(cm2.week),当包含因子k=2,置信水平为95%时,扩展不确定度为0.0971μg/(cm2.week)。A mathematic model for evaluation of the uncertainty of determination for release of nickel in jewelry by ICPOES was established. The uncertainty sources for each parameter in the model were analyzed. The results showed that measurement repeatability,linear regression fitting for calibration and preparation of standard solutions were the main sources of the uncertainties. The combined standard uncertainty of release of nickel in jewlery was calculated to be 0.0486μg/(cm^2.week)from the experimental data. The expanded uncertainty was 0.0971 μg/(cm^2.week)when the confidence level was95 %(k =2).
