摘 要:对规模为10000t/d的独立反渗透(RO)膜法海水淡化系统和独立低温多效蒸馏系统(MED)进行了产水及经济性分析;将热法低温多效蒸馏海水淡化系统与膜法反渗透海水淡化系统进行集成得到MED-RO热膜耦合海水淡化系统,并以膜法与热法的产水分配比为优化参数对该耦合系统进行了产水特性及经济性分析与优化,得出耦合海水淡化系统中产水浓度随着产水比的增大而增大,制水成本随着产水比的增大而减小,当产水比为1.2时,产水浓度为297.47mg/L,制水成本为0.7174$/t,热膜耦合法海水淡化系统得到最佳产水特性和最优经济性。The paperanalyzed water production and economy of the reverse osmosis membrane desalination system and low temperature multi-effective distillation(MED)which scale is 10000 t/d.MED-RO thermal desalination membrane coupling system was established by combing the low-temperature multi-effect distillation desalination system with the reverse osmosis desalination system in this paper. Water production performance analysis and economic evaluation of the MED-RO thermal desalination membrane coupling system has been made through optimizing producing water ratio of membrane method and thermal method.The final analysis conclusion is that water production concentration of thermal desalination membrane coupling system increased with the increase of producing water ratio, and cost of water decreases with the increase of producing water ratio.When the producing water ratio is 1.2, the water production concentration is 297.47mg/L, and cost of water is 0.7174 $/t, at the same time, thermal membrane coupling method in seawater desalination system obtain optimal water production characteristics and optimal efficiency.
