摘 要:SiO_2是硅橡胶重要的填料,但它表面的羟基与硅橡胶的相容性不佳,为了提高相容性羟基必须用疏水基团取代,因此本论文探讨了改性剂正辛醇、正癸醇和γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH 550)和γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH 570)等对白炭黑的疏水性能及力学性能影响。并详细讨论了新除水改性工艺如带水剂用量,改性温度等,把直链醇与SiO_2改性过程生成的水用带水剂二甲苯带出;硅氧烷改性剂则采用先水解再改性的工艺。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)表征表明,SiO_2均成功接枝上改性剂。正辛醇、正癸醇改性的SiO_2的水的接触角分别为140.9o和149.7o,比不用除水工艺的已有报道的接触角要高,说明改性除水工艺非常重要;透射显微镜(TEM)结果表明正辛醇改性之后SiO_2可以获得较好的分散性。用改性后SiO_2作为填料的硅橡胶的力学性能检测表明,添加正辛醇改性的SiO_2可以提高硅橡胶的拉伸强度,从4.11 MPa提高到了6.78 MPa,进而说明带水疏水改性工艺,可以提高SiO_2与硅橡胶的相容性及力学性能。SiO2 is one of important reinforcing fillers of rubber. But its compatibility with rubber is very unsatisfied due to its hydroxyl groups on its surface. In order to improve the compatibility, hydroxyl group need to replace with hydrophobic group. In present paper, properties of 1 -octanol, 1-decanol, KH 550 and KH 570 modified and mechanical property of silicon rubber were tested. And water remove technique factors such as water carrying agent xylene, azeotropic temperature were studied detail when straight chain alcohol modified SIO2; and hydroxyl technique of siloxane KH 550 and KH 570 were studied to modify SiO2 also. The FT-IR result shows that SiO2 was modified by all hydrophobic agents successfully. The best contact angle of SiO2 is 140.9 modified by l-octanol and 149.7 o modified by l-decanol, which better than whose reported no using water remove technique. The TEM image shows that modified SiO2 has good dispersion. And silicon rubber's tensile strength increase from 4.11 MPa to 6.78 MPa after modified by l-octanol. All these results show water remove technique is very important in modified SiO2 and is helpful for increasing property of mechanical of silicon rubber.
