摘  要:乙二醇是最重要的大宗有机化工原料之一,是当今世界上消费最大的多元醇。由于我国的油气资源缺乏,而煤炭资源丰富,开发"煤代油"技术已成为当今国内化工发展的趋势,其中煤基合成气制乙二醇已经成为我国各高等院校及科研机构普遍关注的一项技术。本文主要对乙二醇合成工艺方法中煤基合成气经草酸二甲酯(DMO)制乙二醇的工艺技术及生产流程进行简要介绍,与读者交流。Ethylene glycol is one of the most important raw materials of bulk organic chemical, and is the world's largest consumer of polyols. Due to the lack of oil and gas resources and rich in coal resources in China, development of "coal instead of oil" technology has become the trend of domestic chemical development. Coal-based synthesis of ethylene glycol has become a common concern of a technology of Higher Education College and scientific research institutions. In this paper the synthesis technology and production process for production of ethylene glycol by dimethyl oxalate (DMO) to ethylene glycol method from the coal-based syngas are briefly discussed.
