摘　　要：文章回顾了信息资源规划研究历程,指出大数据时代信息资源规划的层次将上升到战略高度,且关注点将转到数据层面。认为大数据时代信息资源规划需要明确规划主体的层次性、把握规划对象的多V性、有一个清晰的规划目标、运用多样化的规划手段。同时,大数据时代信息资源规划研究的重心需转向对大数据资源规划的研究,重点围绕大数据资源规划基础理论和模型方法两个方面展开。This paper reviews the research progress of information resource planning and points out the level of information resource planning will rise to the strategic level, and more attention will be paid to data level. It＇s essential to clarify the hierarchy of planning subject, to understand the muti V of planning object, to make a clear planning goal and to use diversified planning methods in big data era. Meanwhile, the focus of the information resources planning research in big data era should be transferred to the study of big data resource planning, which can be carried out from basic theory research and model method research.
