摘　　要：图书馆立法决策服务是图书馆"用户本位"服务理念下产生的服务类型,在各级领导机关用户需求全面升级、服务方式颠覆性变化、服务技术泛在化支撑的环境下,图书馆立法决策服务在跨界竞争中劣势凸显,亟需在服务团队、服务空间、服务生态圈等方面加强建设,构建新的图书馆立法决策服务体系,以获得新的生长空间。The library legislative decision service is a new type service developed by the library under the concept of＂user-orientation＂. The different level demands of users from various leading organs,subversive changes in service modes and ubiquitous service technologies put library legislative decision services at a disadvantage in the cross-border competition. In this context,it is necessary to strengthen the building of the service teams,service scope and service ecology circle and establish a new service system for library legislation decision services, so as to obtain new growth space.
