摘　　要：文章基于浙江省民营文艺表演团体发展现状的调研数据,从宏观政策背景、组织管理模式、人事管理模式、创作营销模式等方面分析浙江省民营文艺表演团体发展面临的困境与机遇,认为当下民营文艺表演团体应该抓住国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的契机,以文化治理理念为指导,立足现代文化市场体系建设,准确把握行业、市场、政府、协会的关系,努力探索转型发展路径。Based upon the current situation and investigating data of Zhejiang provincial privately operated artistic performing group, I analyze the dilemma and challenge confronted with Zhejiang provincial privately operated artistic performing group from aspects of macro - policy, organization management, personnel administration, and creation marketing. I think that it is a must for privately operated artistic performing group to grasp the opportunity, and follow the guidance of cultural governance conception, and accurately comprehend the relation among industry, market, government, and association, and endeavor to explore the transforming development route.
