摘  要:本文研究并分析了大豆叶片的近红外光谱,并把偏最小二乘法(PLS)应用于定量分析中。以270个大豆叶片为试验对像,对其进行预处理,再利用PLS进行回归分析,所得RMSE为0.480 732 9,R-Square为0.984 218 7,结果表明,PLS定量分析可应用于大豆叶片的光谱分析,且有较好的分析效果。In this study, the near infrared spectroscopy of soybean leaves were analyzed and partial least squares (PLS)was applied to quantitative analysis.In the experiment, 270 soybean leaves were studied and pretreated.Then PLS regression was used.The RMSE was 0.480 732 9 and R-Square was 0.984 218 7.The results showed that the spectral analysis of soybean leaves could also be quantitatively analyzed by PLSand better analysis effect were obtained.
