摘  要:根据段王煤业集团抽采瓦斯气的特点,结合煤矿发展及煤矿自身热能需求,提出并优选了低浓度瓦斯利用方案,设计了低浓度瓦斯细水雾输送流程,介绍了瓦斯发电系统配置和余热回收利用系统,同时对低浓度瓦斯发电提出了优化建议。结果表明,低浓度瓦斯热电联产项目可以创造一定的经济效益,提高企业收入,同时带来了良好的环境效益,起到保护环境的作用。Based on the characteristics of drained gas in coal mines of Duanwang Coal Group, combined with the development and the heat demand of coal mine,we put forward schemes of gas utilization and selected the optimal scheme,designed the low concentration gas water mist transmission process, introduced the gas power generation system configuration and waste heat recovery and utilization system, and proposed optimization recommendations for the low concentration of gas power generation. The results showed that the project created a certain economic benefits,improved business income,while bringing good environmental benefits.
