知识管理推动下精益工具在精益建造中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：为了探究知识管理对精益建造工具应用效果的推动作用,基于"知识过程化"理论,选取知识获取、知识转化和知识应用作为知识管理过程的3个维度,运用结构方程模型检验知识管理过程在精益工具对精益绩效影响过程中的中介作用。研究结果表明,精益工具通过知识管理过程的中介作用对精益绩效具有正向影响,知识管理过程在精益工具应用效果中扮演了重要角色。由此建议在精益工具应用过程中依据情境变化控制知识管理过程,强化知识的获取、转化和应用,从而尽可能发挥精益工具对精益绩效的推动作用。In order to investigate the impetuses of knowledge management process （KMP） on lean tools effectiveness, this study first took knowledge acquisition, knowledge transformation and knowledge utilization as three dimensions of KMP based on the theory of ＂knowledge process＂ then the Structural Equation Modeling was adopted to verify the mediation effect of KMP between lean tools and lean performance. The results show that lean tools have a positive effect on lean performance through the mediation of KMP, indicating the essential role of KMP in lean implementation. Therefore, project managers should strengthen the acquisition, transformation and utilization of knowledge in the process of implementing lean tools in order to fulfill lean tools great potential for improving lean performance.
