遵义市临床护理安全质量标准及评价指标体系的研究

摘　　要：目的:制定遵义市临床护理安全质量标准及评价指标体系,为全市制定统一的护理质量标准和临床护理安全评价指标,进一步推动我市护理服务的改革和护理事业的发展。方法:根据临床调研、回顾大量相关文献、认真解读《三级综合医院评审标准实施细则》(2011版)及《三级医院优质护理服务考核评价标准》等,采用改良Delphi专家函询法,护理质控中心专家委员会讨论及督导检查反复论证,制定遵义市临床护理安全质量标准及评价指标体系。结果:经过2轮专家函询后,最终形成统一的《遵义市护理质量考核标准及评价细则》及建立了一个包括4项一级指标,24项二级指标,48项三级指标的临床护理安全评价指标体系。结论:本研究制定的遵义市临床护理安全质量标准及评价指标体系,是以《三级综合医院评审标准实施细则》(2011版)及《三级医院优质护理服务考核评价标准》等为依据,并运用于临床实践中进行验证,具有实用性、科学性和较强的可操作性。Objective： To develop the Zunyi clinical nursing safety and quality standards and evaluation index system,promote the further development of the reform and nursing care service in our city.Methods：After clinical investigation,review of the relevant literatures,a careful reading of ＂ three level general hospital accreditation standards implementation rules＂ （2011 Edition） and ＂ three class hospital high quality nursing service evaluation standard＂,the modified Delphi expert consultation method was used,by experts＇ repeated discussion and demonstration,Zunyi City clinical nursing safety and quality standards and evaluation index system was developed eventually.Results： After 2 rounds of experts＇ consultation,eventually formed a unified ＂ Zunyi City nursing quality assessment standards and evaluation rules＂ and established a 4 level indicators,24 indicators in level two,the safety evaluation index system of clinical nursing of 48 level three indexes.Conclusion： The clinical nursing safety and quality standards and evaluation index system is the implementation of ＂ three level general hospital accreditation standards rules＂ （2011 Edition）,and ＂ three class hospital high quality nursing service evaluation standard＂ as the basis,verified in the clinical practice,which is practical,scientific and strong operability.
