摘 要:提出了一种基于正交试验的智能电表计量误差一致性分析与优化设计的方法。首先搭建智能电表计量模块的仿真模型,并在模型的基础上进行灵敏度分析以挑选出影响计量精度的关键元器件。根据现有智能电表各关键元器件的关键参数对电能表目前的计量误差一致性进行评价。最后基于正交试验进行电能表计量误差一致性的优化设计,选出最优的容差设计组合。A method based on orthogonal test was proposed to analyze and optimize the measurement error of intelligent meter. First,the simulation model of intelligent meter measurement module was set up and the sensitivity analysis was carried out on the basis of model to select the key components. Secondly,according to the key parameters of the key components of the existing energy meter to evaluate the current measurement error consistency of the energy meter. Finally,based on the orthogonal test,the optimal design of the energy meter measurement error consistency was carried out and the optimal tolerance design combination were selected.
