摘 要:用电解铝液直接铸轧生产厚7mm的1145铝合金铸轧板。借助光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)等手段,研究了不同铸轧速度(900~1 400mm/min)对铸轧板内部晶粒组织和中心层偏析的影响。结果表明,当铸轧速度为900~1 200mm/min时,随着铸轧速度增加,铸轧板纵截面晶粒尺寸无明显变化,晶粒细小均匀,中心层无偏析现象;当铸轧速度超过1 300mm/min时,晶粒开始粗化并发生严重的成分偏析,部分β-FeSiAl化合物从偏析层中析出。要获得具有细小晶粒尺寸和无成分偏析的铸轧坯料,最佳的铸轧速度范围为900~1 200mm/min。1145casting plates with 7mm in thickness have been manufactured with electrolytic aluminum liquid.Effects of different casting speeds(900~1 400 mm/min)on the microstructure and the center layer segregation in cast-rolling plates were investigated and analyzed by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy disperse analysis techniques(EDS).The results reveal that casting speed has important effect on microstructure of 1145 aluminum plates.When the roll casting speed is in range of 900~1 200mm/min,with increasing in casting speed,change of the grain size along the longitudinal section of the cast-rolling plate can be ignored with the fine and uniformly distributed grain,and the center layer is free of segregation.With the casting speed more than 1 300mm/min,the grain begains to be coarsen and the segregation is more serious.Someβ-FeSiAl compounds are precipitated from the segregation layer.To obtain the cast-rolling plate with fine grain and free composition segregation,the optimum experimental casting speed is in range of 900~1 200mm/min.
