柚皮苷对小鼠阿司匹林性胃溃疡的保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察柚皮苷对小鼠阿司匹林性胃溃疡的保护作用。方法将60只Balb-c小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、柚皮苷高剂量组、柚皮苷低剂量组、雷尼替丁组,每组12只。灌胃第5天,除空白组外,其余各组用阿司匹林(200 mg·kg-1)连续灌胃5 d造模,计算或测定各组胃指数、溃疡指数、pH值、血清中前列腺素E2(PGE2)和环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的含量及胃组织学检查。结果与空白组比较,模型组的胃指数、溃疡指数增大,pH减小,血清中PGE2和COX-2的浓度降低(均P<0.05);与模型组比较,柚皮苷可使胃指数、溃疡指数减小,pH增大,血清中PGE2和COX-2的浓度增高(均P<0.05),且随柚皮苷剂量增大作用增强。结论柚皮苷对小鼠阿司匹林性胃溃疡有一定的治疗作用。Objective In order to study the protective effect of naringin on gastric ulcer of mouse by aspirin. Methods The sixty Balb-c mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, high dose naringin group,low dose naringin group, ranitidine group, each group with twelve mice. On the fifth day,except the blank control group, the other groups were treated with aspirin （200mg · kg-1） for 5 days to make the gastric ulcer of mice. The gastric index, ulcer index, pH of gastric juice, the content of prostaglandin E2 （PGE2 ） and cyclooxygenase 2 （COX-2） in serum and the histological examination of stomach were calculated or measured in each group. Results Compared with the blank control group, the organ index and ulcer index increased. However, the pH decreased, and concentration of PGE2 and COX-2 in the model group also decreased （ all P 〈 0.05）. In the naringin groups, the organ index and ulcer index decreased, but the pH increased, and the concentration of PGE2 and COX-2 in serum also increased（all P 〈 0.05）, while the action was enhanced with the dose of naringin. Conclusion Naringin had some therapeutic effect on aspirin gastric ulcer of mouse.
