摘  要:为了实现长输天然气管道站场由调控中心实施集中调控的目的,通过对现阶段长输天然气管道SCADA系统控制权分配原则的研究,即在同一时间有且只有一方拥有对某一单体设备的控制权,建立了全自动运行时的调控权限分配模型。分析了通信中断情况下控制权的自动切换需求,基于心跳协议(Heartbeat Protocol)原理,提出了SCADA系统调控权自动切换步骤。该模型的建立及实现使SCADA系统在全自动运行时具备了通信信道的检测功能,大大提高了整个系统的鲁棒性,为长输管道的安全运行提供了保障和支持。To realize centralized control on the stations of long-distance gas pipelines by the control center, a control jurisdiction distribution model for the fully automatic operation was established after the existing control distribution principle of SCADA system for long-distance gas pipeline was investigated, i.e., at the same time, only one party can control one single equipment. Then, the control auto-switching demand in the case of telecommunication interruption was analyzed, and the SCADA control auto-switching procedures were put forward based on the principle of Heartbeat Protocol. Based on the establishment and implementation of this model, the communication channel detection function is realized in SCADA system during its fully automatic operation, and the robustness of the whole SCADA system is improved greatly. It provides the insurance and support for the safe operation of long-distance pipelines.
