摘 要:随机选取30只野生和养殖雌性三疣梭子蟹作为实验材料,采用主成分分析和判别分析方法研究两者形态学性状之间的差异。结果表明:在所涉及的18个形态学性状参数中,有9个形态学比例参数存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中4个存在极显著差异(P<0.01);经主成分分析,提取到的5个特征值均大于1,累计方差贡献率为66.563%。其中PC1的贡献率远高于其它主成分,PC1有10个主要影响变量构成;经逐步判别分析,从18个比例参数中挑选出2个判别贡献较大的变量(A2/L2,C2/L2),建立判别方程,综合判别准确率为86.3%,因此可以根据两者形态学差异和判别方程来鉴别两种蟹的来源。The morphology differences of adult Portunus trituberculatus females from wild-caught and pond-reared were studied by principal component analysis and discriminant analysis.30 females were random-ly sampled from wild-caught populations and pond-reared populations respectively.The results showed that:18 morphological parameters involved,there were significant differences in 9 morphological proportional pa-rameters(P0.05),and there were extremely significant differences in 4 morphological proportional parameters(P0.01).After being analyzed by principal component analysis,the accumulative variance percentage of the 5principal components whose eigenvalues were all larger than 1 was 66.563%.PC1 contributed more significant-ly to principal componentanalysis than the other PC,and PC1 consist of 10 main variables.Through discrimi-nant analysis,2 indices(A2/L2,C2/L2) were selected to establish discriminant equation,and the synthetic dis criminan rate is 86.3%.Therefore,the effective identification methods were established based on their mor-phology between wild-caught populations and pond-reared populations.
