摘  要:为探讨高盐对凡纳滨对虾的生长指标、血浆渗透压及Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活力的影响,设置30、40、50、60共4个盐度梯度,检测存活率、相对增重率、特定生长率、摄食率、饵料转化率、血浆渗透压、Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活力等指标。结果表明,随着盐度增加,凡纳滨对虾的存活率、相对增重率、特定生长率、饵料转化率等指标逐渐降低,摄食率、血浆渗透压及Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活力逐渐升高。说明高盐显著影响凡纳滨对虾的渗透压及Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活力,且高盐不利于凡纳滨对虾的生长及饵料利用。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of high salinity on growth index,plasma osmotic pressure and Na^+-K^+-ATPase activities of Litopenaeus vannamei. Four salinity levels(30, 40, 50 and 60)were designed. The survival rate, relative weight gain rate, specific growth rate, feeding rate, feed conversion rate, plasma osmotic pressure and Na^+-K^+-ATPase activities were analyzed. The results showed that survival rate, relative weight gain rate, specific growth rate and food conversion rate(FCR) decreased, feeding rate, plasma osmotic pressure and Na^+-K^+-ATPase activities increased with salinity. Therefore, significant different were tested on plasma osmotic pressure and the activity of Na^+-K^+-ATPase, high salinity is not conducive to the growth and feed utilization of Litopenaeus vannamei.
