河南某大学附属医院“十二五”期间发表科技论文综合分析

摘　　要：目的对河南某大学附属医院"十二五"期间发表科技论文及作者情况进行回顾性分析,以了解该院科研实力及趋势,为科管部门进一步制定科研政策和推动科研进步提供依据。方法运用文献计量学及相关统计学方法,汇总该院"十二五"期间发表科技论文的数量、级别等数据,并分析其在专业分布、职称结构以及学历(学位)等方面的差异。结果该院2011—2013年科技论文数量呈上升趋势,2013年达到高峰;SCI收录论文及中华系列期刊论文数量均呈逐步上升趋势;中级职称及本科学历作者为发表论文的主要人员;活跃作者群已经形成。结论 "十二五"期间该院高水平论文增长趋势明显,活跃著作群虽已形成,但学科发展不均衡,科研主动性有待提高。Objective To understand the comprehensive scientific research strength and trend by reviewing and analyzing the situation about published scientific papers and authors retrospectively in a certain affiliated hospital of a university of Henan dur- ing ＂12th Five - Year＂ period, which can provide the basis for further developing scientific research policy and promoting scientific and technological progress for the management department. Methods Using literature metrology and related statistical methods, the number of scientific papers, levels and data of the papers published in ＂12th Five -Year＂ were summarized, and the differences were analyzed among professional distribution, professional title structure, degree and other aspects. Results The number of science and technology papers in the hospital showed an upward trend during the period from 2011 to 2013, and a peak in 2013. The number of articles included in SCI and the Chinese series journals were both gradually rising. People who published the papers were mainly in the group of intermediate title and bachelor degree. The active author group had been formed. Conclusion During ＂12th Five -Year＂ period, the growth trend of the superior papers is obvious, and the active work group has been formed. But the development of the subject is unbalanced and the scientific researeh initiative remain to be improved.
