商业银行库存现金新型评价指标设计与探索

摘　　要：在电子货币和快捷支付快速发展导致金融脱媒的今天,商业银行库存现金的精细化管理要求越来越高,而目前库存现金仍然是粗放的管理模式,急需采用更加合理、有效,且便于统计、使用的库存现金质量评价指标。文章分析了现行商业银行库存现金质量评价指标及不足,通过从商业银行现金运行过程和现金库存变化因素两个层面,设计和解析了新型库存现金质量评价指标,阐述了新型指标的意义,并根据实践探索了多种现金运营管理模式下新型库存现金质量评价指标的设计运用。As the rapid development of electronic currency and quick payment leads to financial disintermediation, management of vault cash in commercial bank requires higher precision, and the current vault cash＇ s management mode is still extensive, it is needed to adopt more reasonable and effective quality evaluation index of vault cash which is easy to statistics and use. This paper analyzes quality evaluation indexes of vault cash in current commercial bank and its shortcomings, designs and analyzes new quality evaluation index of vault cash and expounds the significance of the new index based on the operation process and inventory change of commercial bank cash, and explores the opera- tion of new quality evaluation index of vault cash in a variety of cash operation management mode with practice.
