摘 要:基于传统物流配送车辆调度中人工操作出现的资源利用不合理、运营成本过高以及服务质量较差等一系列问题,为了提高物流配送企业的工作效率和资源利用率,本文采用优化启发算法,借助GIS中强大的图像处理功能,实现数据处理的可视化效果,优化和调度物流配送车辆,结合实例运营试验,该系统通过GIS数据采集实现可视化的功能,经过系统的运用测试后,系统的通讯模式测试结果显示数据传送的速率每次均低于1 s,进而保障了系统数据传输的可靠性和稳定性;一辆车工作8小时,每秒传输一次数据,一天的传输量为0.441 M,一天一台车的数据成本低于1.5元,大大降低了物流配送的监控成本。A series of problems of the traditional logistics distribution vehicle scheduling in the manual operation of irrational use of resources, high operating costs and poor service quality and so on, in order to improve the utilization rate of logistics distribution enterprise work efficiency and resource optimization, heuristic algorithm is adopted in this paper, the image processing function of GIS, realize the visualization of the data processing. And, the optimization of logistics distribution vehicle scheduling, combined with examples, the system realizes the visualization operation test, through the GIS data acquisition function, tested using the system, the test results show that the system communication mode of each data transfer rate is lower than that of 1 s, which guarantees the system data transmission reliability and stability; a car to work for 8 hours second, transmission of a data transmission quantity, day 0.441 M, day a data cost less than 1.5 yuan, greatly reducing the cost of logistics and distribution monitoring.
