摘　　要：本文在分析医疗保险支付系统所需功能和技术等的基础上,利用MVC架构、J2EE、数据库等技术采用Saa S模式设计、开发并实现了一套基于B/S结构的医疗保险支付系统。该系统涵盖了医疗保险支付系统所需的系统管理、门诊业务、目录维护、住院业务等功能子系统,结构清晰,后期维护和扩展性强。该系统经过测试,功能实现、性能以及稳定性良好,能够满足医疗保险改革对支付系统的要求。After analyzing requirements of the function andtechnologies, a set of themedical insurance payment system （MIPS） based on B/S structure is designed, developed and implemented byusing MVC framework, SaaS mode as well asJ2EE, database and other technologies. The system includes management, outpatient service, directory maintenance, inpatient services and other functional subsystems, whosestructure is clear and easy to maintain and expanse. This system is tested, and turns out to be good at functions, performance and stability, meeting the demand of the MIPS for the reform.
