摘 要:设计了一款新型电磁式闭合磁路振动发电装置。用于收集人体运动产生的能量进行收集发电。该装置采用闭合磁路的设计,利用ANsys maxwell有限元仿真分析,通过对齿厚/齿距比变化、软磁条齿厚度、气隙宽度、振子所处位置等参数的研究并结合实际应用分析进行优化,提高发电效率48%,有效提高输出电压稳定度。样机实验与分析计算结果基本吻合,在通常行走情况下,可得到有效电动势5.02 V,最大有效功率1.88 W。A new type of electromagnetic closed magnetic circuit vibration-powered generator is designed. It is used for the collection of energy generated by the human movement for power generation. The design of closed magnetic circuit is applied in this device, through the study of tooth thickness / pitch ratio change, soft magnetic ribbon tooth thickness, gap width, oscillator location and other parameters by using finite element simulation analysis of ANSYS and Maxwell and the combination of practical application analysis for optimization, as a result, the power generation efficiency is improved by 48%and the stability of output voltage is effectively enhanced. The result of prototype experiment agrees basically with the calculated value, in the condition of normal walking, the effective electromotive force of 5.02 V and the maximum effective power of 1.88 W can be obtained.
