摘  要:目的:探讨神经肌电图(EMG)检测对肌炎辅助诊断的价值。方法:分析25例肌炎患者EMG检测中自发活动、运动单位电位(MUP)的时限、波幅及多相波、大力收缩时的募集形式,以及神经传导速度(NCV)检测。结果:25伪肌炎患者NCV均正常,排除了周围神经损害。针刺EMG检测均为肌原性损害,主要表现为插入电位延长(67%)、出现自发电位(88%),MUP时限缩短(90%)、MUP波幅降低(90%)、多相渡增多(91%),大力收缩时波型异常(93%)。结论:神经EMG检测是协助临床诊断肌炎的重要手段,能够客观地反映肌肉炎性病变程度,对提高肌炎的临床诊断、转归有着重要的意义。Objective: To investigate the value of electromyogram (EMG) in the diagnosis of myo- sitis. Methods:EMG records of 25 patients with myositis were analyzed including fibrillation, mean dura- tion of motor unit potentials (MUP), mean amplitude of MUP, polyphasie, recruitment patterns of max- imum voluntary contraction and nerve conduction velocity (NCV). Results: 25 cases with myositis in nerve conduction tests were normal, excluding the peripheral nerve damage. EMG mainly showed myo- genic damage prolonged insertion potential (67%), increased spontaneous potential (88%), shortened MUP duration (900%), decreased amplitude (90 %) and increased polyphasie potential (91 % ). The ab- normality rate in heavy contraction was 93 %. Conclusion: EMG is an important means of diagnosis of my- ositis. It can reflect objectively the dramatic level of muscular infammatory degeneration and has guiding significance in clinical prognsosis.
