摘  要:根据舰船综合电力系统采用直流区域配电的新特点,以电动机安全启动为目标,提出基于逆变器负载率的直流区域配电系统(DC zonal electrical distribution system,DC-ZEDS)负荷一次转供最大供电能力(total supply capability,TSC)模型,通过引入虚拟联络矩阵和综合负荷转移矩阵的概念推导负荷二次转供矩阵的表达式,并给出逆变器最大负载率的解析表达式。然后,根据DC-ZEDS的结构特殊性,建立基于逆变器过载约束的负荷二次转供TSC模型。最后,分别计算逆变器安全运行和区域内直接联络逆变器过载两种状态DC-ZEDS的负荷一次转供TSC及逆变器的最大负载率向量,分析负荷一次转供后逆变器过载的可能,进一步通过解析法和模型法求得负荷二次转供TSC,并根据逆变器负载率之间允许差额的不同给出几组不同的逆变器最大负载率向量,解决DC-ZEDS因电动机启动可能造成的切负荷问题,并给出该情况下DC-ZEDS的安全运行边界,为舰船综合电力系统安全预防控制提供研究基础。According to new characteristics of the vessel integrated power system (VIPS) utilizing DC zonal electric distribution and with a safe start-up of the motor as a goal, this paper offered a total supply capability (TSC) model for primary load transfer in the DC zonal electric distribution system (DC-ZEDS) based on the inverter load rate. The adoption of the concepts of virtual contact matrix and comprehensive load transfer matrix leaded to an expression for secondary load transfer matrix and also an analytical expression for the maximum inverter load rate. Then, a TSC model for secondary load transfer based on the overload constraints of the inverters had been built on the particular structure of the DC-ZEDS. Finally, the TSC of primary load transfer and the maximum inverter load-rate vector were respectively calculated under the safe operation of the inverters and the overloading operation of the intra-regional direct contact inverter. Through analyzing the possibility of the inverter overloading after primary load transfer and further using the analytical and modeling methods, the TSC of secondary load transfer could be obtained, and several different groups of maximum inverter load-rate vectors were given according to allowable balance in load rate between the inverters. Thus, the load shedding caused by the motor start-up can be overcome so as to determine the safe operation boundary of DC-ZEDS. All this will provide a basis for researching the preventive control of the VIPS.
