摘 要:在用于GIS局部放电检测的UHF法中,特高频传感器是检测系统的核心部件,它对检测频段、灵敏度以及整个检测系统的准确性起着至关重要的作用。该文针对内置式特高频传感器的设计、实用优化和实际测试展开了研究。首先,对传感器的关键参数和设计要求进行了探讨,提出了一套较为合理的设计方案。随后,分别讨论了传感器本体和阻抗变换器的设计和优化。在此基础上,依照前面方案设计制作了传感器模型并进行参数和性能等多项测试。结果表明,传感器带宽可达700MHz^3GHz以上,符合参数要求;传感器对放电信号的接收性能良好,其输出信号能够反映局放的发生和缺陷特征,同时验证了设计方案的合理性。最后,进行了传感器在GIS内的局放信号接收试验,证实了设计的内置式特高频传感器在实际的检测环境中能够对局部放电信号进行很好的接收,满足了实用化的需求。For the detection of partial discharge (PD) in gas insulated switchgear (GIS) that based on ultra high frequency (UHF) method, UHF sensor is the core part of the detecting system and it plays a crucial role to the detecting frequency band, sensitivity and accuracy Therefore, the design, practical optimization and actual test of the sensor was studied in this paper. Firstly, the key parameters and design requirement were analyzed and a reasonable design scheme was proposed. Secondly, the design and optimization of the sensor body and impedance transformer were separately discussed. On this basis, the sensor model was made according to the previous scheme. Then multiple tests of the parameter and performance were conducted. The results indicate that the band width is from 700MHz to more than 3GHz, which meet the requirements of the parameters. And the sensor has good receiving performance to the PD signal, while the output of sensor can reflect the occurrence of PD as well as the feature of defect. The design scheme has also been proved to be reasonable. Finally, the receiving test of actual PD signal inside GIS was executed, which verified that the designed internal UHF sensor has good receiving performance in the actual detecting environment and the application requirement is satisfied as well.
