摘　　要：为了更好地应用摩擦式假捻器轴承,介绍其结构与分类,详细分析摩擦式假捻器轴承出现异常发热、异常磨损、异常振动和轴承噪声等问题的原因及解决办法,并从安装调试、使用、维护和保养等方面进行说明。指出:摩擦式假捻器轴承是摩擦式假捻器高速运转最关键的精密部件,正确使用、维护和保养好摩擦式假捻器轴承是延长摩擦式假捻器寿命的有效方法。To better use the bearing of the friction false twister, introduction is made to the structure and classification of the bearing.Detailed analysis is made to the bearing of the friction false twister regarding abnormal radiation, abnormal wear, abnormal vibration,noise and other causes of bearing problems and solutions.Cautions are given for the installation commissioning, use, maintenance and overhauling and such.It is pointed out that the bearing of the friction false twister is the most critical precision component of high-speed operation, proper use and mainte- nance which is effective in prolonging of the friction false twister.
