短流程清梳联设计实践

摘　　要：为适应小批量、多品种化纤高效率生产,分析大型清梳联设备因流程长、设备多而难以体现效率优势等弊端,设计出短流程清梳联;详述短流程清梳联抓棉、混棉、开松、梳棉、气流以及连续喂棉、自调匀整方面的设计要点。指出:短流程清梳联简化了工艺流程,提高了生产效率,供棉稳定,混合均匀,开松良好,能满足小批量、多品种、快交货的订单要求。To adapt to the efficient fiber variety production with small batch, analysis is done to the large blowing-carding process flow regarding their disadvantages in efficiency competitive- ness due to long flow and numerous equipments,a new blowing-carding unit with short flow is introduced.Some improtant cautions in detailed are given in cotton grabbing, cotton blending, carding,opening, airflow and continuous feeding and auto-levelling. It is pointed out that the blowing-carding unit with short flow is simple in process,high in efficieny stable in cotton feed- ing,good mixing, and good opening, meeting the requirement of orders such as small batch, variefies,and quick delivery.
