粗纱机锭翼的使用与保养

摘　　要：为提高粗纱机卷装质量,适应粗纱机高速发展,介绍粗纱锭翼的分类和悬锭锭翼的特点,对悬锭锭翼常见的冒纱和压掌"插纱"的原因及其维护保养进行分析。指出:锭翼可分为托锭锭翼、悬锭锭翼和等导纱角锭翼;使用过程中,应做好锭翼的配套选择,并关注人、机、法、环各方面,加大检查力度和清洁保养,以充分发挥悬锭锭翼的优势。To improve the package quality and adapt to the high-speed development of the roving frames,introduction is made to the classifications of the roving flyers and the characteristics of the drape flyers,and analysis is done to the factors with the commom problems such as yarn popping-out and the presser inserted yarn and maintaining of the drape flyers.It is pointed out that flyers can be divided into the flyers for carrier flyers, drape flyers and the equal thread an- gle flyers.Confirming and matching of the flyers should be well done in application,and all as- pects including man, machines, methodes and environments should be considered comprehen- sively,and cleaning and maintenance should be strengthened to give full play of the advantages of the drape flyers in production.
