摘　　要：为满足RFRL30型高速剑杆织机织造某特定厚重织物的织造效果,对RFRL30型剑杆织机引纬剑头、筘座打纬机构、第一卷取系统和卷布系统、第二卷取系统进行优化改进,并对其他机构进行合理配置。指出:改进后的RFRL30型高速剑杆织机可顺利织造260cm幅宽的厚重织物,车速高达250r/min以上。To meet the requirement of high speed rapier loom RFRL30 for a particular heavy fabric production, modification is done to weft rapier head, sley beat-up mechanism, the first take-up system and the cloth roll-up system as well as the second take-up system and wise con- figuration is done of other institutions. It is pointed out that the improved high speed rapier loom RFRL30 can smoothly produce heavy fabric of 260 cm width with speed as high as 250 r/ min or more.
