摘　　要：利用SWOT法对内江市创建省级森林城市的建设条件进行了分析,阐述了规划的指导思想和建设原则,对建设规划内容进行了详细分析和阐述,认为规划的实施将有效提升城市形象和品位,能够实现创建省级森林城市的目标。This paper analyzed the construction conditions of establishing Neijiang Provincial Forest City using SWOT, expounded the guiding ideology and construc- tion principles of planning, elaborated the construction contents. Implementation of this plan will effectively enhances the image and quality of this city and achieves the goal of establishing provincial forest city.
