摘　　要：文章主要研究小区开放对周边道路车辆通行的影响问题,通过选取合适的评价指标体系,分析封闭型小区对城市交通的影响,提出开放小区应该遵循的原则。利用路网可靠度作为评价指标,建立MATLAB和排队长度计算等模型,利用VISSIM仿真软件,实现小区开放对周边道路车辆通行产生积极影响问题的求解。This paper mainly studies the influence of the opening community of the district on the traffic of the surrounding roads, and analyzes the influence of the closed community on the urban traffic by selecting the appropriate evaluation index system, and puts forward the principles that the open community should follow. Based on the road network reliability as the evaluation index, the model of MATLAB and queuing length calculation is established. The VISSIM simulation software is used to solve the problem of positive influence of the opening community of the district on the traffic of the surrounding roads.
