摘  要:文章针对传统的交-交变频器开环控制对转速控制的精度不高、控制难度大的不足,在原有的仅采用控制触发增量方法的基础上加入了有级调压闭环调速控制策略。通过在Matlab/Simulink中引入S函数,建立了分段变频有级调压闭环调速系统的仿真模型,并以双变量变频器为基础设计了实验电路,编写了实验程序,从仿真和实验两个方面对有机调压闭环调速系统的性能进行了分析。最后,得出双变量交-交变频器有机调压闭环调速控制策略具有很高的控制精度,能够提高系统的稳定性的结论。Due to the lack of the traditional cycloconverter open loop of speed control accuracy is not high and difficulty to control, this paper adds a level voltage closed-loop speed control strategy based on the original only adopted the basic trigger incremental method for control. By introducing the S-function in the MATLAB/Simulink simulation model, established the piecewise frequency level voltage closed-loop speed regulation system simulation model, and designed the experimental circuit and writed the experimental procedure based on the double variable control theory, analyzed the performance of the level voltage closed-loop speed control system from two aspects of simulation and experiment. Finally, given the conclusion that the level voltage closed-loop speed control strategy of double variable cycloconverter has a very high control precision, and can improve the stability of the system.
