急救护理路径在老年急性脑卒中患者院前急救中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨急救护理路径在老年急性脑卒中患者院前急救中的应用效果。方法选取急性老年脑卒中患者52例,依照随机对照表法随机分为实验组及对照组,对照组25例予常规急救护理,实验组27例予院前急救护理路径,比较2组患者的急救效果。结果实验组病死率为7.4%、伤残率为29.6%,低于对照组的病死率16.0%、伤残率52.0%(P<0.05);实验组接受院前急救及医院专业救护的时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑卒中患者实施院前急救治疗,能够有效缩短急救时间,提高早期治疗有效率,降低病死率与伤残率,值得在临床广泛应用。Objective To investigate the effect of emergency nursing pathway in pre hospital emergency treatment of elderly patients with acute stroke. Methods A total of 52 elderly patients with acute stroke in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random table method. A total of 25 cases in the control group were given routine emergency nursing and 27 cases in the experimental group were given pre hospital care. The first aid effect of two groups were compared. Results The mortality rate and disability rate of the experimen- tal group were 7.4%, 29.6%, which was lower than 16.0%, 52%, and the differences were statis- tically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the control group, pre hospital first aid time and hospi- tal professional rescue time in the experimental group were shorter, the difference was statistically sig- nificant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Pre hospital care can effectively shorten emergency time, improve treatment efficiency, and reduce the mortality and disability rate, so it is suitable for wide application in the clinic.
