摘　　要：目的探究认知行为干预对抑郁症患者的自我接纳功能的影响。方法将本院住院的150例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,根据进组的时间不同分为观察组和对照组各75例。研究组采用认知行为干预护理,对照组采用抑郁症常规护理,使用自我接纳量表(SAQ)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密顿焦虑表(HAMA),观察整个治疗过程对抑郁症患者自我接纳功能的改善和抑郁症治疗的疗效。结果观察组相对于本组干预前,自我接纳因子评分和总评分升高(P<0.05)。观察组相较于对照组在采用不同方法护理后,自我接纳总分和自我接纳因子升高(P<0.05);2组较干预前,HAMD和HAMA评分降低(P<0.05)。结论认知行为干预护理能够改善抑郁症患者的自我接纳的能力,消除患者的消极情绪,对于抑郁症的康复具有重要的作用。Objective To study the effects of cognitive behavioral intervention on self ac- ceptance function in patients with depression. Methods A total of 150 patients in our hospital were as research objects, and were divided into observation group （75 cases） and control group （75 ca- ses） according to the different time. The study group was given cognitive behavioral nursing interven- tion, while the control group used conventional care for depression, the treatment of depression and improvement of self acceptance function in the whole course of treatment were observed by the Self Acceptance Questionnaire （SAQ）, Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA）. Results Compared with the intervention group, the scores of self acceptance factor and total scores were significantly higher in the observation group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with intervention before, HAMD and HAMA of two groups were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention nursing can significantly improve the ability of self acceptance of patients with depression and eliminate negative emotions, which plays an important role in the rehabilitation of de- pression.
