胸肺部物理疗法与传统排痰方法在重度脑卒中患者排痰中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的比较胸肺部物理疗法与传统排痰方法在重度脑卒中患者排痰中的应用效果。方法选取本院76例重度脑卒中患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为2组各38例,A组采用胸肺部物理疗法进行排痰,B组采用传统排痰方法排痰,对比2组患者的排痰量、痰液黏稠度、氧合指数、血气分析指标变化等。结果 A组的排痰量高于B组,痰液黏稠度程度低于B组(P<0.05);A组排痰后的SpO_2、p(O_2)、p(O_2)/Fi O_2水平均高于B组,p(O_2)水平低于B组(P<0.05);A组的排痰治疗总有效率显著高于B组(55.26%)。结论比起传统排痰法,对重度脑卒中患者采用胸肺部物理疗法排痰的排痰效果更好,同时能改善患者的换气及通气功能。Objective To compare application efficacy of physical therapy and traditional sputum elimination method in chest and lungs of ICU patients. Methods A total of 76 patients with severe cerebral apoplexy in our hospital were selected as research objects, and were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 38 cases per group. Group A was applied physical ther- apy sputum in lungs and chest and group B was given traditional sputum expectoration. The volume of sputum, sputum, oxygenation index, blood gas analysis indicators of two groups were compared. Results The sputum volume in group A was significantly higher, the sputum viscosity was significantly lower than that of group B （P 〈0.05）. The levels of SpO2, p（O2）, p（O2）/FiO2 in group A were significantly higher, the level of p （ O2 ） was significantly lower than that of group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that in group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compared with the traditional method, the effect of physical therapy in the chest and lungs in the treatment of sputum elimination for patients with severe cerebral apoplexy is better, and it can improve ventilation function of the patients.
