长期投放微量银纳米颗粒对MBR反应器处理效果的影响

摘　　要：为研究纳米银在活性污泥法中膜处理反应器中对污水处理效果的长期影响(连续进水超过60d),使用了硼氢化钠还原硝酸银,聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为分散剂,制备出纳米银的原悬浮液,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测反应器中银的分布,通过比耗氧速率测定反应器中的生物活性.研究结果表明:结果表明:无论是在MBR的膜渗透液中,还是从好氧区取得的混合液上清液(离心后)中,都没有被检测到银。在整个运行周期出水中的参数如化学需氧量(COD)和NO-3-N在投放纳米银前后没有明显的变化,分别为(24±10)mg·L^(-1)和(32±5)mg·L^(-1),以及(12.5±2.5)mg·N·L^(-1)和(13.2±1.5)mg·N·L^(-1),且与出水水质指标相一致,自养菌和异养菌的活性都没有受到长期投放纳米银颗粒的影响.The study aims to investigate the long-term effect of AgNPs（Continuous loading for more than 60days）on the membrane bioreactor（MBR）activated sludge performance.The nanosilver stock suspension was prepared by chemical reduction methods,with sodium borohydride deoxidizing silver nitrate solution and the poly（vinyl alcohol）solution（PVA）as the dispersant.The silver concentrations of the mixed liquor and effluent were measured by the furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy.The bacterial activity was assessed through the specific oxygen uptake rate（SOUR）measurements.The results show that there is no Ag detected whether in the membrane permeating liquid or in the mixed liquid supernatant obtained from the aerobic zone.There is no significant change in COD and NO-3-N after a long-term nanosilver exposure,including（24±10）mg·L^（-1） to（32±5）mg·L^（-1）,and（1 2.5±2.5）mg·N·L^（-1） to（13.2±1.5）mg·N·L^（-1）,respectively,which are consistent with the effluent water quality data.Both heterotrophic and autotrophic bacterial activities are not influenced by the long？term AgNP loading at the sub-ppm silver concentrations.
