摘  要:为提高检验人员对于食品药品检测数据的分析效率,对食品药品的安全问题进行有效监管和安全预警,研究了基于模糊分类的食品药品安全评估算法.文中对检品的质量等级体系进行划分,利用模糊分类的方法计算检测项对检品的隶属度函数矩阵和权重系数特征向量,引入综合评价模型后计算综合评价隶属度从而判定检品的质量级别,以时序分析法分析检品质量落差后给出综合风险评估.以某发酵乳数据集进行实验分析,其中C品牌发酵乳中Ⅲ级检品的比例呈稳定上升趋势,最后达到47%,风险级别最高,划规为D级风险.D品牌发酵乳中Ⅲ级检品的比例在第4批次最高达到30%,最后下降到14%,质量不稳定,划规为B级风险,须要长期观察.实验结果表明该算法对于食品药品风险评估是有效的.In order to improve the efficiency of inspectors' analysis of the food and drug testing data,put the food and drug safety under effective supervision and issue safety warning timely,the paper presents an algorithm for the food and drug safety assessment based on fuzzy classification.Firstly,the quality levels of the test samples were determined.The membership function matrix and weight coefficient feature vector of the samples were calculated by the method of fuzzy classification.Then the evaluation membership degree was calculated with the comprehensive evaluation model to determine the quality levels of the samples.Secondly,the quality of the samples was determined by time-series analysis to get a comprehensive risk assessment.Finally,an experiment was conducted on some brands of yogurt.The proportion ofⅢ?level test samples of C brand yogurt rose steadily and finally up to 47%,showing that their quality was of the highest level of risk,classified as the D-level risk.The largest proportion ofⅢ?level test samples of D brand yogurt in the fourth batch was up to 30%,and finally dropped to 14%,showing that their quality was instable,classified as the B-level risk.It needed a longterm observation.The experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm is effective for food and drug risk assessment.
