脑病科中医住院医师规范化培训实践与体会

摘　　要：医学毕业生参加住院医师规范化培训已成必然趋势,脑病科作为中医住院医师规范化培训中必轮科室之一,有其特殊意义所在,而其专业特点也决定了其培训模式需有别于其他科室。为了帮助规培医师圆满完成轮转计划,科室需做到因材施教、因地制宜、多部门合作、制定合理的管理模式等。自全面贯彻实施住院医师规范化培训以来,笔者在探索建立脑病科中医住院医师规范化培训制度上取得了一定经验,并就实施过程中遇到的一些问题进行了思考。With the necessary of taking the standardized resident training program after students graduate from medical school, the encephalopathy department plays an important role in this program as an required department during resident＇s clinical rotation. The unique characteristics of this department demands all administrators take more efforts in order to help Chinese medicine of residents achieve their programs, such as teach residents according their aptitude, make an available measure according difference conditions, try to cooperate with multiple departments and establish a more practical management pattern. Therefore, this paper is going to share the author＇s experience and to present a discussion about some problems during the course of the full implementation of this enforced program in our whole country＇s medical education.
