摘  要:物质代谢是医学生必修课生物化学中较难掌握的部分。此部分内容枯燥繁杂,学生易产生厌烦情绪,传统教学方法教学效果差,不利于后续课程的学习。翻转课堂作为一种新兴的教学模式得到了越来越多学校的欢迎。本文选取氨的代谢一节尝试了翻转课堂教学。与传统教学方法相比,翻转课堂模式更利于学生对基础知识的牢固掌握。学生的应用分析能力和口头表达能力也有所提高,知识得到更好内化。本文从微课设计和课堂活动设计两方面提出了教学建议,并从教师和学生的综合素质,以及学习效果评价等方面进行了教学反思,为提高医学院校生物化学的教学质量提供参考。Metabolism is a difficult part to master in the compulsory course biochemistry for medical student. With its uninteresting and complicated content, and dislike of students, the traditional teaching method hardly achieves the teaching goal, which will be disadvantageous to the study of following courses. Flipped classroom is a new type of teaching method and is welcomed by more and more schools. The flipped classroom was applied in the teaching of ammonia metabolism. Compared with the traditional teaching method, the flipped classroom help the students master the basic knowledge well, improve their analyzing and oral expression abilities, and accelerate the intemalization of knowledge. The designing of rnicrolecture video and activity in class were suggested. The rethinking was conducted in the view of aspects of overall qualities of teacher and student, and assessment of learning effect. This article helps enhance the teaching quality of biochemistry course in medical school.
