摘  要:目的对比核酸检测技术与酶联免疫检测技术在血液筛检中的初步应用。方法收集10 000份无偿献血者血液标本作为测试对象,制作成三管标本,均在4小时内进行离心处理,实施酶联免疫检测技术和核酸检测技术。结果 10 000份血液标本中,NAT(+)为61份,NAT(-)为9 939份,EIA(+)为57份,EIA(-)为9 943份,其中5份为EIA(-)NAT(+),且均HBV DNA定量检测,可发现大部分结果<3.0×104拷贝/ml,且经NAT试剂再次检测后,仍为阳性。结论核酸检测技术在血液筛检中诊断价值性更高,能够提高HBV检测灵敏度。Objective To compare the application of nucleic acid detection technology and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in blood screening. Methods A total of 10 000 blood samples from blood donors were collected and tested as three test specimens. The samples were collected and centrifuged in 4 hours. Enzyme-linked immunoassay and nucleic acid detection were performed. Results The results of 10 000 blood samples, NAT (+) 61 samples, NAT (-) 9 939 samples, EIA (+) 57 samples, EIA (-) 9 943 samples, of which 5 samples were EIA (-) NAT (+), and HBV DNA quantitative detection, which can be found in most of the results 3.0× 10^4 copies/ml. After the NAT reagent test again, it is still positive. Conclusion Nucleic acid detection technique is more valuable in blood screening, it can improve the sensitivity of HBV detection.
