摘 要:目的剖析耐药肺结核护理中健康教育的应用价值。方法采取电脑随机双盲法的方式。对88例耐药肺结核患者进行分组:A、B两组,每组各44例。A组应用健康教育护理路径,B组应用常规健康教育法。观察并比较两组的健康教育效果。结果 A组的健康教育知晓率为97.73%、护理满意率为100.0%,均高于B组的86.36%、84.09%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将健康教育路径积极应用于耐药肺结核病患的临床护理工作中,可显著提升其疾病认知度,增强护理效果。Objective To analyze the application value of health education in the nursing of drug-resistant tuberculosis. Methods The computer was randomized and double blind. 88 cases of drug-resistant tuberculosis patients were divided into two groups: A group and B group, 44 cases in each group. A group applied health education nursing pathway, routine health education method was used in group B. The effect of health education was observed and compared between the two groups. Results The awareness rate of health education in group A was 97.73%, and the satisfaction rate of nursing was 100.0%, were higher than those in group B of 86.36% and 84.09%, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The health education pathway is applied to the clinical nursing work of patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis, which can significantly improve the cognition of disease and enhance the nursing effect.
