摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下根治性全膀胱切除+乙状结肠直肠膀胱术异位排尿的护理。方法回顾性分析2014年9月—2016年8月收治的11例进行该术式的膀胱癌患者的临床资料,进行总结性护理。结果本组患者无一例尿瘘、肠瘘、新膀胱吻合口狭窄、肠梗阻、应激性溃疡、严重感染、大出血等并发症发生,且排尿可控性好,生活质量提高。结论术前充分的准备,术后的严密观察及护理是保证手术顺利进行、减少和防止手术并发症、促进患者术后康复的重要措施。Objective To explore the nursing of laparoscopic radical cystectomy and sigmoid neobladder ectopic urination. Methods Retrospective analysis clinical data Of 11 cases of bladder cancer were treated from September 2014 to August 2016, and the clinical data were summarized. Results This group of patients without a fistula, intestinal fistula, bladder kiss anastomotic stenosis, intestinal obstruction, stress ulcer, serious infection, bleeding and other complications, and continence of good, which could enhance the quality of life. Conclusion Adequate preoperative preparation, postoperative careful observation and care are important measures to ensure the smooth operation of the operation, reduce and prevent surgical complications and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
